Returns: We do not offer refunds.
If you wish to exchange your item(s) please contact us via email within 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do NOT send us items that do NOT meet all of these qualifications. Requests for partial refunds will not be honored. Return shipping will be paid by the customer.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged, such as intimate products, sanitary products, hosiery, and reading materials.

-Some health and personal care items

Late or missing returns (if applicable)
Return processing times differ depending on your bank and, in some cases, may take up to 14 business days to process. Please contact your bank to check if there are any funds from us pending, but if you have done so and there is nothing ending as of yet, please feel free to email us at hello@soleneboutique.com
Sale items (if applicable)
All purchases of sale items are final. Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges & Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange an item for the same item (i.e. you purchased the wrong shade of lipstick or foundation) please send us an email at hello@soleneboutique.com . Please keep the following in mind: if you wish to exchange your item(s) please contact us via email withing 30 days of purchasing said item. After 30 days you can’t exchange your item(s). Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return if your items meet all of the qualifications listed above. Once the returned item is received and your return is approved, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
Shipping Your Return:
Do NOT ship us our items until you have emailed a return request to us and are sure your items meet all the qualifications listed above. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning & exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. The return address will be emailed to you. Do NOT ship your returns or exchanges to the product's manufacturers.
**If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
