How to achieve a bronzed, summertime glow-- featuring a few Laura Mercier must-have products

Hello Beauties!!!

Finally, Summer is here!! Whoo Hoo!! Now, how many of you want a bronzy, illuminating glow without being covered in cakey makeup or a nasty spray-on tan? (Of course every one of you raised your hands!!)

Step 1: The Perfect Base

Well, the first step is to get away from your lap top, grab your favorite sunblock, and sit under God's amazing (all natural) bronzer: The Sun!! We're all having fun in the sun as it is, and that lovely tan you'll get at that family BBQ is the perfect base for everything we're gonna use in this tutorial! Starting off with a little tan means you won't need to apply as much product while still achieving the bronzy look you want. And remember to always protect your skin and do NOT forget your sunblock, Beauties!

Step 2: A Pop of Color ( & Moisture)

Now that we are naturally bronzed, some quick pops of color are always nice. For now, we’ll start with a few base products and work our way to a bit of color.

One of thee most popular must-have summer products is the Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer. It comes in regular moisturizing, oil free, and Illuminating-- All three are equally amazing! Which one you decide to use totally depends on your skin type and the look you’re going for. Of course, if you have dry skin and find yourself in need of hydration, you want to go with the regular hydrating tinted moisturizer. However, if you're like me and find that you get very oily as the day goes on, you want to go with the Oil Free tinted moisturizer. In addition, if you are also like me, and absolutely live for a glow, you want to go for the Illuminating tinted moisturizer. There's an array of shades, and paired with any one of Laura Mercier’s primers, you are off to an excellent start!

Step 3: Add Illuminating Powder for Some Extra Glow

Now, if you want, you can stop right there. However, for all of my Beauties that are looking to take your look to the next level, keep reading!!

So to add just a bit more to this look, the next step would be to set with one of Laura’s newest products...

While I’m sure you’ve already heard of Laura Mercier’s Translucent powder, (since it's the number one setting powder in the world),
they've added more to their amazing line! One of their newest products in the Glow Translucent Powder, which is perfect for the summer!! A light dusting of this glow powder (in the medium deep color) works like a bronzer, adding warmth to your skin tone, while setting your Tinted Moisturizer (the glow you'll achieve will speaks for itself).

Step 4: Blush & Lip Gloss

Now that we’ve covered three steps (setting, bronzing, and adding glow) with one amazing product (Laura Mercier Translucent powder), we can now add Laura Mercier’s natural, soft blending, blush for a little cheek color! The shades Peach, Rose, and Sangria are perfect for the summer.

Next, add a little Laura Mercier’s Baby Doll lipgloss for a simple, quick and easy pop of color on your lips.

Once again you can stop right there and you would like a beautiful and natural look. However, if you are one of those beauties that would also like to add a little something to the eyes, I have the perfect solution for you. It’s quick, easy, and and positively stunning.

Step 5: Doll Up Those Eyes

Quickly add the longwear, smudge resistant, Laura Mercier Caviar Eyeshadow stick (Rosegold and Copper are among some of my favorite colors) all over the lid, directly from the stick (no brush or blending required). Then, pop a few layers of the New Caviar Volume Panoramic Mascara and you would have achieved a simple yet beautiful eye look!!

And there you have it my bronze, glow Beauties!! The perfect summertime look!! This entire look will take 15 minutes or less to achieve and since everything is set and long wear, it will last through all of your summertime activities!!
